5/2/2006: Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards was released from the hospital in New Zealand after he suffered a “mild concussion” when he fell out of a coconut tree while vacationing in Fiji. He was airlifted to Auckland’s Ascot Hospital for observation, where he underwent a brain scan.
