This poster was created by Georges Schreiber, a Belgium-born artist, for the U.S. government to support the war effort. He illustrated a series of paintings depicting every section of the United States called “Panorama of America” in gratitude for freedom and opportunity in the U.S.

This is a War Food Administration poster from World War II, date unknown.

Printed in bright colors, this British war poster is an effective reminder that a stitch in time saves materials needed to win the war shown May, 6, 1943.
